This is an 85 hour anaerobic fermented red bourbon coffee from Fazenda Jóia Rara in Cerrado Mineiro. This is brilliant on espresso and makes for a sweet and full-bodied filter coffee too.
This coffee has notes of buttery caramel, lemon and passion fruit.
