At Three Fools, we’re obsessed with two things: great coffee and good craic. We’re a specialty coffee roastery with three unique coffee shops built on curiosity, community, and a dash of rebellion. Since 2015, we’ve been sourcing high-quality beans from ethical farms around the world and roasting them right here in Cork to bring out the best in every cup.

Back in 2015, we kicked off our coffee journey in the heart of Cork City in a lovely glass pod on the Grand Parade. Adding two more shops since, our hometown of Carrigaline became our next stop in 2022, and by the end of 2024, we were settling in at Douglas Court.

We’re called “Three Fools” because we believe coffee should be fun, unpretentious, and open to everyone — whether you're a seasoned espresso snob or just looking for a solid flat white. Our team is passionate about brewing with precision, sharing what we know, and constantly experimenting to create something new.
