Introducing Raggiana! Our first coffee from Papua New Guinea here at Three Fools and it is one we are very proud of.

This Papua New Guinean Coffee has sweet notes of chocolate, hazelnut and apricot.

Process –  Fully Washed

Altitude – 1950m

Variety – Red Bourbon and Typica

 

Description

The name of this coffee pays tribute to the bird of paradise which is the emblem of Papua New Guinea. The Highlands are a mountain range that cross the country from east to west, the eastern highland region has optimal coffee growing conditions and is the area of the island where coffee was first established in 1570.
