Once roasted all our beans are sealed in our bags to maintain optimal freshness. If you would like we can open and grind the beans to your preferred setting. ie V60, French Press, Espresso. Just leave a note in the checkout cart and we will take care of the rest.

This Ethiopian Coffee is filled with flowers, cocoa & citrus notes. Here’s a little more info on it!

The Roast – This bean is a light/medium roast. At this roast profile, the coffee’s flowery, citrus acidity comes to life!

Region – The coffee comes from the Sidamo Region of Ethiopia.

Process – The coffee is processed via the washed process method. This method helps to develop the flowery & citrus notes that are found in this coffee.

Altitude – The coffee is grown at 1900m above sea level. Very high indeed!

Picking Process – The farmers use the selective harvesting method to pick the beans. This is where they choose only the ripest cherries to be sent for processing. It takes time and man power to do, but good things come to those who wait!

Variety – The beans are of the Typica, Bourbon & Heirloom varieties.
