Ethiopia – Yirgacheffe Konga – 250g

It’s always great when we get an Ethiopian back in stock! This great coffee hails from the Konga Washing Station, four kilometres from the town of Yirgacheffe. The washed process was used to process this coffee, showcasing both the citrus acidity and tea like body. However, this coffee also has a stone fruit sweetness, which is a truly unique characteristic for this region.

Coffee trees in the region grow up to 2300 metres above sea level, which helps to create a beautifully sweet cup. The owner of Konga Washing Station, Miteko Shentu takes pride in the quality of the processing at the station, and ensures that the washed coffees the station produces are both vibrant and clean.

Once roasted all our beans are sealed in our bags to maintain optimal freshness. If you would like we can open and grind the beans to your preferred setting. ie V60, French Press, Espresso. Just leave a note in the checkout cart and we will take care of the rest.
