El Salvador – Fernando Escobar – 250g

We’ve got a first with this one! This is the first time we’ve had a Pacamara varietal in stock, and we’re pretty excited about it! Pacamara’s are known to create fruity, complex cups of coffee – and this one does not disappoint!

This coffee comes from Finca El Cerro in El Salvador. The farmer, Fernando Escobar is hugely passionate about making sure the final cup of coffee is top notch. He has even competed in the El Salvador brewers cup, placing third in 2018 using a Pacamara from his very own farm! We decided to name this coffee after him, due to us having so much in common with him.

This one is special, we cannot wait to share this with you!

Once roasted all our beans are sealed in our bags to maintain optimal freshness. If you would like we can open and grind the beans to your preferred setting. ie V60, French Press, Espresso. Just leave a note in the checkout cart and we will take care of the rest.
