Description

We are so happy to get this years crop of Cerrado back in stock! This Coffee from Brazil is very sweet & chocolatey. Here’s a little more info on it!

The Roast – This bean is a light roast. At this roast profile, the coffee’s sweetness shines through!

Region – The coffee comes from the Cerrado De Minas Region of Brazil. Cerrado De Minas is a Savanna in central Brazil which WWF named the biologically richest savanna in the world.

Process – The coffee is processed via the natural processing method. Here, the flesh of the cherry is left to ferment on the bean, then left to dry once the cherry is fully fermented.

Altitude – The coffee is grown at 1350m above sea level. Crazy high!

Picking Process – The farmers use the selective harvesting method to pick the beans. This is where they choose only the ripest cherries to be sent for processing. It takes time and man power to do, but good things come to those who wait!

Variety – The beans are a mix Bourbon, Typica & Caturra varieties.

Take a look at our brew guides, where we recommend the best way to brew this bean! Conor, a barista in the glass pod, loves to brew it with his Aeropress at home!
