Brazil – Edio Miranda No.3 – 1Kg

This is our second coffee, here at Three Fools, from the incredible Miranda family in Araponga. Edio and his wife Maria took over the farm in 1947 and they have turned what was an area that had no purpose, into a stunning coffee farm. The whole production throughout their amazing farm is exclusively run by all family members. Edio’s focus is with making the production as sustainable as possible, caring for the maintenance of the soil, preservation of rivers and local species by keeping ‘green runways’ along the property. Their main objective is to become a property sustainable in all three aspects: economic, social, and environmental.
