Three Fools Coffee opened its doors to the public in late November 2015 to a bustling Christmas market on Grand Parade. We set out to deliver a fun, enjoyable atmosphere with great coffee and food in between. To achieve this, we focused on three main ingredients:
- Great Coffee
- Phenomenal Customer Service
- The Smile. Not ours, yours
Obviously a coffee shop needs great coffee if it’s going to succeed. We were obsessed with getting the Coffee right from the get go. We met numerous roasters throughout Ireland and the UK trying to find the correct fit for us, but nothing felt right. Finally, in Spring 2015 we would finally meet our roaster at a trade fair in London. He shared the same mind-set as us and was more than willing to think outside the box. With his inclusion, it enables us to adapt and change quickly, experiment with new coffees and come up with the perfect brews for you. (More on our coffee here).
Phenomenal Customer Service
We pride ourselves on our service which just so happens to involve having a laugh and a joke with the customers. The craic and the banter is what makes our days! This, we feel is just as important as the coffee. This is where Kevin, an original fool, thrives. Having worked in hospitality for years, he knew when to chat, when to serve, when to banter and when to just let the customer be. It would be these ideas and work attitude that he would continuously implement from the moment we opened our doors. It is something we really strive for. We really want you, the customer to be properly served, and served well.
The Smile. Not ours, yours
This is always our goal. It stems from our passion for coffee and our focus on customer service. We love coming to work, we love our coffee and we try our absolute best to make sure that no matter what kind of day you have had you will leave Three Fools with a smile. And an amazing coffee.
