What you need

Very Coarsely Ground Coffee

Filtered Water

A Big ol’ Jar


Step 1: Grind our Beans

Set your grinder to its most coarse setting.

Step 2: Weigh Your Beans and Water

Weigh your ground beans and water. The ratio of coffee to water that we use is 1:10 (1 part coffee, 10 parts water).

Step 3: Mix it Up

Put the coffee and water in your jar and mix it up.

Step 4: Let it Steep

Put your jar in the fridge and let it sit for 16-18 hours.

Step 5: Strain

Strain the mix using a sieve and filters or with muslin cloth.

Step 6: Serve

Serve in a glass with some ice cubes! Ahh, that’s refreshing!
